Trend Of The Week: Call Of The Wild

It’s a jungle out there – a concrete jungle, that is. Animalistic patterns and materials have been taking over street style for several years, and Luichiny girls are definitely born to be wild. Leopard print, snakeskin, and faux crocodile materials provide a playful touch to traditional footwear silhouettes. They can also make a hear-me-roar shoe even more ferocious. Here are some of our most beloved shoes from current and past seasons with these fierce patterns.

As Seen On. . .

The Luichiny headquarters are in St. Louis, MO, so we are always happy to see our footwear featured by local talent. Grammy-winning artist Nelly, who is “from the Lou and proud,” included the RISKY YOU booties on an episode of his reality show, Nellyville. The shoes then appeared in an editorial for Delux Magazine, which celebrates the upscale lifestyle of professional, urban adults in the greater St. Louis area. We love the contrast of the leopard print and the dramatic dress and jewelry.
